Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios S.A. (HIS) is a Spanish new company listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange and on the Spanish Continuous Market since March 14th 2014.
Hispania’s strategy is focused on acquiring and managing quality real estate assets in Spain, principally residential, hotels and offices, looking for maximizing shareholders returns through rent generation and asset appreciation. The company is externally managed by Azora, the leading Spanish real estate independent asset management firm with more than €2,500 million of assets under management and a platform with c.300 people.
The Company has a highly experienced Board of Directors, mostly independent, in charge of overseeing the investment and management of Hispania.
