The investment banking division, present in 22 countries, offers advisory services in M&A, debt, portfolios and capital markets. Regarding the asset management division, Alantra manages 2,800 million euros in direct investment in Private Equity, Active Funds, Private Debt, Renewables and Venture Capital.
Additionally, Alantra offers its investors investment in funds of funds, co-investments and secondary investments through Access Capital Partners, a pan-European manager with 13,200 million assets raised since inception; as well as the distribution and structuring of investment products through AMCHOR, a manager with 5,000 million in assets under management/advice.
